Return policy
Due to storage capacity and the customization of our products, items cannot be returned to us for a refund.
If you received a damaged, defective or a wrong product see the instructions below.
Damaged product
If the product has suffered a delivery damage take clear pictures of the damage and file a claim with our third-party delivery company. If they deny their responsabilty, send us the pictures and the exchanges you had with them at the address below so that we can make it right.
Warranty & Refunds
If you receive a wrong product or a defective product it is coverd by ou limited warranty if you notify us within 7 business days of receipt. Past that period we can’t promise you anything but it will be taken into consideration anyway.
In both cases please send us clear pictures of the product, or the product’s default at sales@thesteelproject.com and we will get back to you in 2 to 3 business day to find a solution that best suits you .
In the event of a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post it.
Shipping Policy
Orders can be shipped to USA only. If you want to ship outside of the U.S. you can do so with a third party, at your own risk.
